Duties/Responsibilities:
  1. Register all patients and check insurance information as well as other demographics.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized waiting room, free of expired magazines and litter.
  3. Answer the phone before the third ring in a friendly manner.
  4. Explain all fees and patient financial responsibilities; collect fees for services.
  5. Ensure patient satisfaction.
  6. Assist with general office duties and other tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
