Select Medical in Nicholasville, KY is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to handle front desk operations and patient flow at our outpatient physical therapy center. This full-time FLOAT role involves coordinating visits, handling co-pays, and supporting the business side of the center.

The position requires reliable transportation, traveling between centers in the greater Lexington area, and a strong customer service mindset. Starting pay is $16/hour with a $1000 sign-on bonus plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of front desk experience.
• Health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Collect co-pays and manage payer approvals.
• Conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
