Job summary

SolutionHealth is hiring a Float Pool Medical Assistant to provide clinical support across multiple Foundation Medical Partners practices in Southern New Hampshire. You will work with providers and office staff to maintain smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have MA program completion or 3+ years of ambulatory care experience, and BLS/CPR certification. This role involves travel across several practice locations and a flexible, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or 3+ years of MA experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs, histories, and visit information.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and point-of-care testing.
• Collect, prepare, and process laboratory specimens.
• Triage patient concerns and communicate with providers as needed.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.
• Coordinate referrals and preventive screenings; follow-up activities.
• Handle prescription refill requests and routine duties.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment.
• Adapt to varying clinical environments across locations.
