Job summary

Baptist Health in Florida seeks a Clinical Partner II (CP) to provide basic technical nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The CP collaborates with the RN to deliver safe, high-quality patient-centered care and works under delegation for specified tasks such as wound care and catheter management.

Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, Florida LPN or CNA license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Florida LPN license or CNA license required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum experience: No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical nursing care under the direction and supervision of the RN.
• Collaborate closely with the RN to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
• Under RN delegation, perform tasks such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, or discontinuing a Foley catheter.
• Operate within the scope of a CP; not an independent practitioner.
