Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Partner (CP) to provide basic technical nursing skills under the supervision of a registered nurse within our Florida healthcare system. The CP will participate in delegated tasks such as wound care and catheter management, contributing to safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with CNA/LPN and BLS certifications preferred. Two years of prior experience in acute care are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Formal nursing-related education or equivalent.
• CP provides basic nursing skills under RN supervision.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction of the RN.
• Assist with wound care, discontinuing saline locks, and Foley catheter management as delegated.
• Collaborate with the RN to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
