Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Partner to provide basic technical nursing skills under RN supervision in a Florida hospital setting. The CP performs delegated tasks such as wound care and catheter management to support safe, patient-centered care.

The position requires a high school or equivalent diploma, with CNA/LPN and BLS certifications preferred. Prior CNA/LPN experience in acute care is advantageous; EOEs applies.

Qualifications

• Basic nursing competencies and delegated tasks.
• High school or equivalent required; training or experience considered.
• BLS and CNA/LPN certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing skills under RN supervision.
• Assist with wound care, saline lock management, and Foley catheter care.
• Collaborate with nursing team to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
