Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Partner to join our nursing team in Florida. The CP performs basic technical nursing tasks under the direction of a registered nurse, including wound care and catheter management, to support safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates will have CNA or LPN credentials, a minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting in Florida, and BLS certification. EOE, including disability/vets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Certificate, GED, training or experience required.
• Two years experience preferred.
• Previous experience as CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in Florida preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical nursing skills under RN supervision.
• Perform tasks such as wound care, discontinuing saline locks, and discontinuing Foley catheters as delegated.
• Collaborate with the RN to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
