Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Partner (CP) in Florida. The CP will perform basic nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse, including wound care and discontinuing devices, within the Florida Nurse Practice Act and policy. The estimated pay range is $18.15–$23.60 per hour, depending on experience.

The position requires nursing-related education and certifications, with CNA or LPN preferred and about two years of relevant experience. EOE, including disability/vets.

Qualifications

• High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper. required.
• Licenses & Certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse, Basic Life Support, Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Additional Qualifications: CNA or LPN required; 2 years experience preferred; Florida acute care facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Partner provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under RN supervision.
• Examples include wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter; must comply with Florida Nurse Practice Act and policy.
