Responsibilities

PRIMARY

  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals for both modalities.
  • Lead clinic staff behaviors, actions, and attitudes, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, to deliver excellent patient care. Provide guidance as necessary.
  • Perform responsibilities outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  • Review and discuss patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and medications.
  • Ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
  • Engage with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns, adhering to company values.
  • Meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in-patient care as determined.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and maintain credibility with staff.
  • Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop diagnoses.
  • Deliver excellent patient care through in-person and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, focusing on patient-centric care, safety, and accuracy.
  • Ensure activities comply with regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment across clinical and virtual settings.
  • Pursue telehealth patient queues promptly for proper follow-up.
  • Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications responsibly, and educate patients on treatment and care of conditions.
  • Follow clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory meetings and training.
  • Perform responsibilities within NP/PA protocols and complete all mandatory compliance training.

  • Propose ideas to improve patient experience and care.
  • Communicate regularly with team members to support patient care.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Maintain positive relations with clients and employees, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Comply with company standards and promote confidentiality.
  • Consult with patients via virtual channels.
  • Proven experience as a Telehealth Clinician.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • PRN employees work at least 4 shifts/month; full-time employees work 12-hour shifts every other weekend.

*** Additional requirements for Ancillary Providers include periodic on-call duties.

*** Experience Levels:

  • Level 1: New grads with up to 1 year of experience.
  • Level 2: 1-5 years of experience.
  • Level 3: 5-10 years of experience.
  • Level 4: Over 10 years of experience.
Experience and Education Requirements

Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).

Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant practice preferred.

Licenses and Certifications: Active license, DEA, and DOT certification within specified timelines.

Additional Requirements

Must treat all ages, meet credentialing requirements, and maintain certifications.
