Responsibilities

PRIMARY

  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals for both modalities.
  • Lead clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary.
  • Perform responsibilities outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  • Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
  • Ask patients specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and ensure quality service and satisfaction.
  • Engage with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns, aligning with company values.
  • Meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in-patient care as determined.
  • Complete patient charts accurately and promptly, maintaining credibility with all employees.
  • Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostics to develop diagnoses.
  • Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostics and therapeutics, focusing on safety, cost, and accuracy.
  • Ensure activities comply with regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment across both in-patient and virtual settings.
  • Manage telehealth patient queues for proper follow-up.
  • Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
  • Follow clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory meetings and training.
  • Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols.
  • Complete mandatory compliance training and adhere to company core values.
  • Propose ideas to improve patient experience and care.
  • Communicate effectively within the team to support patient care.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Maintain positive relations with clients and staff, fostering a respectful and friendly environment.
  • Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions as specified.
  • Comply with operational standards and maintain confidentiality.
  • Consult with patients virtually and perform other duties as assigned.
  • PRN employees must work at least 4 shifts per month; full-time employees work 12-hour shifts, every other weekend.

*** Additional responsibilities for Ancillary Providers include on-call duties.***

*** Experience and education levels are categorized from Level 1 (new grads) to Level 4 (over 10 years of experience).***

Experience and Education Requirements

Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).

Experience: 1-2 years in relevant practice preferred, such as Urgent Care, ER, Trauma, or Family Medicine.

Licenses and Certifications: Active license, DEA, and DOT certification within specified timelines.

Additional Requirements

Must meet licensing, credentialing, and compliance standards, including federal and state regulations, and adhere to company policies on diversity and inclusion.
