The Provider must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, be flexible to adapt to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice setting. They must have the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment and is responsible for providing outstanding patient service within the clinic and through various virtual communication channels, while maintaining a compassionate and welcome atmosphere.

PRIMARY

*** Experience and education levels are categorized from Level 1 (new grads) to Level 4 (over 10 years of experience).***
Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
Experience: 1-2 years in relevant practice preferred, such as Urgent Care, ER, Trauma, or Family Medicine.
Licenses and Certifications: Active license, DEA, and DOT certification within specified timelines.
Must meet licensing, credentialing, and compliance standards, including federal and state regulations, and adhere to company policies on diversity and inclusion.
