AHL HealthCare Group is hiring Float Direct Support Professionals to travel between our Duluth, Hermantown, Two Harbors, and Saginaw programs in Minnesota. The role offers higher compensation and mileage reimbursement, with part-time day, evening, or overnight shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal cares, documenting care in electronic records, and supporting residents in daily activities.

Competenze

• Must be 16 years or older.
• 1 year of experience in the field preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with daily living activities: grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Demonstrate positive, supportive behavior with clients and coworkers.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Document services provided daily in electronic records.
• Engage with residents and participate in activities.
• Attend appointments with clients.
• Train in all programs and fill in based on schedule.
