Job summary

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) seeks a full-time Float Direct Support Professional (DSP) for adult foster care homes in Duluth, MN. You will help people with disabilities and mental illness live fulfilling lives, with no prior experience required.

The role requires flexibility to work at multiple RSI homes, day and evening shifts, and a minimum five days per week including every other weekend. Shifts are typically 4–8 hours with two to four locations per schedule; salary is $20.25-$20.75 per

Qualifications

• Post-offer background check required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check for day/evening work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day tasks based on residents’ needs and goals.
• Provide medication administration, household duties, behavioral support, personal hygiene, and medical care.
• Support community activities such as shopping, meals, movies, and recreation.
• Develop meaningful relationships and participate in a person-centered culture.
