AHL HealthCare Group is hiring Direct Support Professionals to advocate, support, educate, and care for individuals with disabilities or mental illness in its Duluth, Hermantown, and Saginaw homes. Positions are part-time or full-time with evening or awake overnight shifts. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour, with a benefits package including health, dental, vision,

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to pass a MN DHS background study.
• Every other weekend availability required.
• Driver's license is preferred but not required ($0.50/hour less for non-driver).

Responsabilités

• Assisting with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Medication administration.
• Documenting on the services provided daily in the electronic records and computer system.
• Socializing with residents and doing activities with them.
• Going to appointments with clients.
