Vista Care in Fond du Lac, WI seeks a Direct Support Professional (Float DSP) to support residents with daily living activities and participate in ISP/BSP plans. The role covers multi-program coverage and travel, with a starting wage around $18–$18.67 per hour and a Daily Pay option.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.
• Implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).
• Administer medications and accurately log daily progress in electronic health records.
• Encourage personal choice, community involvement, and recreational activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment.
