Kids for the Future is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in Fond du Lac, WI. This full-time, non-exempt role involves assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep, in a supportive residential setting.

You will implement ISP and BSP plans, administer medications, and accurately log progress in electronic health records, while encouraging community involvement and recreational activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Valid driver’s license
• Caregiver background check
• Basic computer skills
