Heritage Federal Credit Union in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a part-time Concierge Banker to assist members with transactional needs, educate them on ITMs, and cross-sell Heritage products and services.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, sales experience, and excellent customer service, with hours Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00am-2:00pm and Fridays 9:00am-6:00pm, starting pay $17.80 per hour.

• Assist members with technical services and or account maintenance and the opening of shares and accounts.
• Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Cross‑selling products and services.
• Other duties as required.

Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking helpful, customer service‑savvy individuals with experience in transactional cross‑selling and product education to fill our part‑time Concierge Banker position at our Jeffersonville branch to work Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00am-2:00pm and Fridays 9:00am-6:00pm.

Starting Pay: $17.80/hour

Part‑Time
