Job summary

Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Call Center Agent in Indiana. The role focuses on promptly resolving members' questions with professional solutions and clear communication with members and staff.

You will perform information-center functions, follow established procedures, and contribute to a positive member experience. Starting pay is $18.01 per hour with a full-time schedule, including premium pay for Saturdays and no night or Sunday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Accurate typing skills.
• Ability to work basic computer functions.
• Professional phone etiquette.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications/Experience Required

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One to three years of previous or similar experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Accurate and efficient typing skills.
• Ability to work basic computer functions and applications.
• Professional phone etiquette skills
