Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for the Medical Group Float Pool. This multi-skilled clinical professional supports providers and patients, collecting vitals, assisting with exams, and administering medications within scope and guidelines.

The role requires MA certification and strong patient communication, with travel to other facilities as needed. A High School diploma and completion of an MA program are preferred; experience in high-volume settings is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred in most states.
• Active MA certification or equivalent acceptable certifications listed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with patient care under provider direction and document findings.
• Measure vitals, assist with examinations and prepare rooms.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician.
• Identify condition changes and escalate to provider promptly.
• Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication with patients.
• Travel to other facilities as needed to support providers.
