Medical Associates Clinic Internal Medicine department seeks a Certified Medical Assistant for a float role across East/West Campus. The position emphasizes data collection, patient care, and collaboration with physicians to support busy practices.

Ideal candidates will have CMA certification (or eligible within 6 months), 3 months to 1 year of related experience, and a commitment to excellent patient care. Competitive benefits and schedule flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience: From three months to one year in similar role.
• Education: Two-year college degree or certification; CMA/CCMA/RMA eligible within 6 months.
• Interpersonal: Trust, diplomacy, and tact with patients and team.
• Other Skills: CMA certification or valid LPN licensure; basic keyboarding; PPE and BLS biannually.

Responsabilités

• Collect patient data, perform tests, review records, and coordinate with providers.
• Collaborate with the health care team according to the care plan.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff to support wellness and education.
• Document care provided and assist with medical records integrity.
• Help with reimbursable tasks, referrals, and insurance requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked office environment.
• Be flexible to cover other duties and participate in meetings.
• Complete all other assigned projects and duties.
