Job summary

Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join the Float department on a full-time, dayshift basis with full benefits.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a physician's office and CMA/CCMA/RMA credentials are preferred. You will room patients, take vitals, assist clinicians, and manage EMR tasks, registrations, and insurance verifications in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a physician's office preferred.
• CMA/CCMA/RMA credentials preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong patient interaction required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Assist the provider as needed.
• Utilize EMR system and register patients.
• Verify insurance and scan medical records.
• Call patients with results and document properly.
