Qualificações

• High school graduate or equivalent with ability to read, write and comprehend medical terminology.
• CNA training or other clinical experience involving patient care activities such as ambulating, bathing and feeding.
• If no CNA certificate, ability to show competence before starting.
• Willingness to use positive communication while performing duties.
• Ability to perform detailed assignments, work under pressure, and relate to patients, staff, physicians, and visitors.
• Ability to use basic computer skills.
• Willingness to attend CVPH education requirements satisfactorily.
• Meets pre-employment screening and physical exam requirements.
• Competency to perform CPR and Heimlich Maneuver.
• Ability to work independently, handle interruptions, take direction and prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Patient Care: works under the direction of RN’s to provide responsive, service oriented patient care.
• Testing: conducts various patient tests and specimen collection as directed by RN.
• Clerical: functions as the “front door” to the unit providing customer service oriented communication and clerical support.
