Job summary

Kinwell Health is hiring a Float Certified Medical Assistant to support clinics in Redmond, Mill Creek, Lynnwood, and other locations. This role provides coverage across multiple sites, greets patients, assists clinicians, and ensures smooth patient flow.

The candidate must hold CMA certification, WA DOH CMA credential, a high school diploma, and be willing to travel between Spokane clinics as needed. BLS is preferred, EPIC experience a plus.

Qualifications

• CMA certification required by time of hire.
• Active WA state CMA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to travel between Spokane area clinics to cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and prepare them for examinations.
• Assist physicians during patient exams and treatment.
• Set up for procedures and dispense medications as ordered.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and stock levels throughout the day.
• Document patient visits and tests in the EMR system.
• Support scheduling and patient flow across multiple clinics.
