Job summary

Cornerstone Community Financial Credit Union is seeking a Teller/Relationship Banker Float to support members across Michigan branches, building relationships while processing transactions and offering useful financial solutions.

The role emphasizes outstanding service, product knowledge, and the ability to educate members about benefits. The position will float among Auburn Hills, Centerline, Clinton Township, Macomb, Royal Oak, Sterling Heights, and Troy as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong customer service skills and diplomacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries from diverse members.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, wire transfers, and loan payments.
• Educate members on benefits of products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and refer to other staff as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure accuracy.
• Perform department support duties such as scanning, faxes, and daily reports.
• Adhere to all policies and regulatory requirements.
