Job summary

Cornerstone Community Financial Credit Union is seeking a Teller/Relationship Banker Float to support members across Michigan branches. You will process transactions, educate members on products, and promote solutions while maintaining high service standards.

The role involves mobility across Auburn Hills, Centerline, Clinton Township, Macomb, Royal Oak, Sterling Heights, and Troy with potential transition to a permanent branch placement after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain Notary designation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with diverse individuals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, wire transfers, and loan payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships by recommending credit union products and services.
• Research issues and collaborate with internal departments to resolve concerns.
• Provide department support duties such as scanning, faxes, and daily reporting.
• Comply with all policies and applicable laws including Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
