Job summary

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, seeks a Float Assistant Retail Branch Manager to provide leadership and coverage across Orem, Provo, Salem, Springville, Spanish Fork and Salem branches. This role supports branch operations, coaching staff, and ensures regulatory compliance while acting as interim leader during absences.

The position collaborates with Retail Branch Managers to drive sales, service quality, and audit readiness, with travel across the area and occasional Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Notary Public status (required by duties).

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across an assigned Area based on staffing needs, vacations, or vacancies.
• Perform all Relationship Banker III and/or Assistant Retail Branch Manager duties as assigned.
• Assist Branch Managers in achieving branch sales, service, and deposit growth goals.
• Support staff onboarding, training, mentoring, and development.
• Maintain proficiency in account opening, customer problem resolution, and transaction processing.
• Promote teamwork, accountability and exceptional customer service across branches.
