Amentum is seeking an experienced aircraft maintenance professional at Edwards AFB to perform launch, recovery, inspections, and routine maintenance on military aircraft. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service systems and components, adhering to technical orders and safety directives.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of heavy maintenance or hands-on flightline operations, valid A&P certification, and the ability to read manuals and schematics. A Secret clearance and U.S.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4 years of heavy aircraft maintenance and/or hands-on flightline operations.
• Must read and interpret manuals, schematics and data tables to repair components.
• Must possess a current state driver's license.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for credentials at this work site.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to Technical Orders, GOPs/SOPs, and Air Force instructions identified by Site Management or PWS.
• Perform launch, recovery, inspections and routine maintenance.
• Preflight, post-flight, thru-flight inspections and ground handling.
• Troubleshoot and maintain aircraft structures, systems, and components.
• Remove/install aircraft components and service ground support equipment.
• Complete documentation and training requirements within prescribed timelines.
