RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Flight Vehicle Integrated Product Team Lead to direct design and integration of Raytheon’s SLCM-N missile. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering disciplines, establish schedules, and ensure EAC/LRE management.

The role requires a STEM degree, 10+ years of engineering leadership, and active SECRET clearance. Onsite work in Tucson with collaboration across Raytheon sites.

Qualificações

• Degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading an engineering team in missile system development, design, and integration.
• Active and transferable U.S. government SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead cross-functional teams designing the US military’s next generation cruise missile.
• Establish and baseline the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for FV work scope.
• Lead contract startup for the FV IPT and structure sub-IPTLs/CAMs for oversight.
• Utilize EVMS to track scope, cost, and schedule.
• Maintain customer relationships with Navy program office and act as primary contact.
• Contribute to leadership decisions and future FV contract proposals.
