Qualifications

• Computer proficiency required.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with pilots and operations.
• Ramp operation knowledge expected.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and flexible shifts.
• Airline and/or GHA Weight & Balance licenses advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support flight turnarounds to ensure on-time operations.
• Attend flight briefings and debriefings and report irregularities.
• Ensure load compliance with airline requirements and document flight files.
• Maintain safe ramp operations and use equipment after training.
• Monitor arrivals/departures, inform stakeholders, and log daily activities.
