Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Flight Test Project Lead for the Flight Test Operations team, supporting the Next Gen Testbed and other platforms. This onsite role may be based in Ontario or El Segundo, CA, with travel to test locations as needed.

You will lead developmental flight test projects from startup through execution, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule and performance objectives, coordinating across engineering teams and supporting proposals.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in system development, integration and test efforts.
• Experience working on classified and SAP programs.

Responsibilities

• Own test project budget and schedule with cost forecasting and status reporting.
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines and functional teams to meet milestones.
• Assist in development of proposals for new flight test business.
• Coordinate integration with aircraft maintenance, engineering, and operations.
