Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Flight Test Manager Subject Matter Expert in Dayton, Ohio. This role requires extensive test management support for flight test projects with the Air Force. Candidates should have over 20 years of relevant experience, including specific involvement with electronic warfare systems. Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant Department of Defense work/test experience.
• At least three years' experience in a Special Access Program or SCI environment.
• Graduation from USAF Test Pilot School or Weapons School highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support execution of all program test activities.
• Coordinate flight and ground test operations on the NTTR.
• Acquire required accesses to test locations and materials.
• Establish secure Video Teleconferences with multiple organizations.
• Update and manage all program office test documentation.
