Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Flight Test Engineer/Test Director to plan, execute, and report on ground and flight test events from Las Vegas with duties expanding to other locations as required.

Candidates should bring 10+ years of flight test experience, a team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. A TS/SCI clearance and willingness to travel up to 10% are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on ground and flight test events with customers.
• Design test events to obtain data addressing flight test objectives.
• Develop DMAP data collection, go/no-go criteria for modeling needs.
• Review aircraft specs to ensure data plans cover real-time and post-mission analysis.
• Lead data analysis and produce executive-level test reports with the team.
• Coordinate mission flow and adjustments to meet data collection goals.
• Conduct mission debriefs to capture lessons learned.
• Create test engineering docs: test plans, safety packages, reports.
• Capable of working remotely with a motivated team.
