Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• 7+ years of experience working on flight test programs or supporting flight test operations.
• Experience supporting a military flight test program.
• 50+ missions as Test Conductor/Test Director in a control room.
• Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate flight test mission requirements with responsible engineers from internal and external customers.
• Develop flight test and mission profiles, publish test plans, create flight test cards, and manage test schedules.
• Identify and coordinate availability of test ranges and facilities with company and government agencies.
• Establish test planning working groups, conduct flight test readiness reviews, and briefings.
• Conduct ground and flight tests per established plans and procedures.
• Participate in post-test data evaluation and problem identification/resolution.
• Prepare and publish test summaries/reports.
• Lead and prepare for remote site deployments.
• Develop standardized test methods and processes for repeatability.
