Job summary

0090 CORP-Corporate Office is seeking a Test Engineering Manager for the Flight Test Organization. You will lead a team of flight test engineers at Edwards AFB, specializing in flight sciences and responsible for managing flight test campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in flight testing, a relevant degree, and an active Secret clearance. This position includes competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 9 years of relevant professional/military experience with Bachelor’s in STEM, or 7 years with Master’s, or 5 years with PhD.
• Experience in flight testing within flight sciences disciplines.
• Active U.S. government Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of flight test engineers.
• Provide programmatic leadership during flight test campaigns.
• Plan and execute flight tests and report findings.
• Manage earned value and programmatic tracking.
