A leading engineering firm in California is seeking qualified candidates for flight test support. Responsibilities include test planning and working with multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Engineering and relevant flight test experience. The position offers a salary range of $110,000 to $185,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including insurance and a 401(k) plan. U.S. citizenship and a driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an undergraduate degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Desired aircraft structures flight test experience, including loads and/or flutter.
• Must have working knowledge of computer systems and possess planning/organizing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support flight test at Edwards AFB, CA including test planning and technical reporting.
• Collaborate with a multidiscipline team and various product teams.
• Occasional multi-day domestic travel may be required.

Skills

Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program

Aircraft structures flight test experience

Ability to obtain Secret clearance

Strong communication skills
