Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 2 for our Flight Test Organization in Edwards AFB, CA. You will lead a team of 15-20 flight test engineers, specializing in flight sciences disciplines such as dynamics and propulsion systems.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong flight test background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and an active U.S. government Secret Clearance. This is an on-site position requiring integrity and the ability to develop a diverse team.

Qualifications
