Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Flight Test Engineer/Test Director, Emerging RPA and ISR Technology to join our Edwards Air Force Base team in California.

You will lead flight test missions, coordinate test plans, and work with emerging ISR systems to ensure rigorous test execution within vehicle limits. Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Thorough understanding of aviation principles.
• Ability to interact with all levels and work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct flight test missions for emerging RPA and ISR platforms.
• Develop and execute test plans and data collection in flight tests.
• Coordinate test programs with design reviews, test ranges, and mission control.
• Support flight test of avionics, weapons, live fires, and sensor testing.
• Plan for long-term growth toward Test Director responsibilities.
