Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a similar field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Air Force acquisitions and test program oversight (DT/OT).
• Top Secret clearance; eligible for SCI and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide test planning and execution oversight of tests conducted by industry partners.
• Create test plans, coordinate test planning, and perform data collection and analysis of flight test results.
• Provide engineering expertise to lead project engineers and make technical recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate technical, cost, and schedule risks.
• Lead integration of early and continuous test processes across program stages.
• Support T&E reviews, IPTs, DRBs, MIPRBs, TIMs and risk management discussions.
• Advise government officials on test readiness and assess test venues and technology projects.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, prime contractors, and cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure reviews, certifications, approvals, analyses and test range readiness are accomplished on schedule.
• Occasionally travel for test events and program reviews.
