Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering with 1 year of relevant flight-test experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with flight-test tools and basic certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft and execute ground/flight test plans for moderately complex programs.
• Coordinate and perform flight tests as part of a flight test crew, acting as test director.
• Document test configurations, analyze data, and verify issue resolution.
• Mentor less experienced flight test engineers (Flight Test Engineer 1).
• Contribute to process and safety improvements within the flight test organization.
