Job summary

Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, is seeking an Aircraft Coordinator (Flight Test) to manage the full maintenance workflow for Archer test aircraft. You will coordinate with program management, quality, engineering, and flight test leaders to plan inspections, modifications, and routine maintenance.

You will schedule inspections, maintain records using TRAX and SAP, and coordinate aircraft release for flight or ground tests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience with TRAX, CAMP, or Corridor maintenance software.
• ERP experience with SAP or Oracle NetSuite.
• Knowledge of maintenance techniques and wiring best practices.
• Collaborative attitude and strong written/verbal communication.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Travel 5-10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full maintenance workflow of Archer test aircraft.
• Coordinate with program management, quality, engineering, and flight test leadership to plan inspections, modifications, and maintenance.
• Report to Manager, Flight Test Maintenance.
• Schedule regular inspections and ensure proper aircraft recordkeeping using TRAX and SAP.
• Coordinate aircraft release for flight or ground test by flight test team.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with federal regulations and Archer docs.
• Serve as main focal point for aircraft activities and plan future work/modifications.
• Manage large aircraft modifications during certification campaign.
• Prioritize tasks based on feasibility, practicality, and schedule goals.
• Plan availability for test events with Test Director, Director of Flight Test, and PM.
• Provide aircraft status updates across the organization.
