Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of real-time embedded software development experience (C/C++).
• 3+ years in technical leadership or people management.
• Experience with complex hardware-software interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the team responsible for safety-critical flight software.
• Mature engineering processes balancing delivery with DO-178C verification.
• Provide technical and architectural guidance across GNC, Avionics, Systems, and Hardware.
