Job summary

Reliable Robotics is seeking a seasoned DevOps engineer to enhance the developer experience for safety-critical flight software. You will identify workflow friction, design scalable CI/CD pipelines on AWS, and integrate Terraform-managed infrastructure to support reproducible testing.

You will bridge embedded flight software with simulation and IT infrastructure, scaling SIL/HITL testbeds and contributing to a fast-paced, high-growth environment while upholding strong security and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, release automation, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience scaling CI/CD pipelines (GitHub actions / workflows preferred).
• Proven ability to manage and provision AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.) and Linux system administration.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow frustrations and develop solutions that delight our developers.
• Architect and scale reliable CI/CD pipelines via AWS/GitHub workflows to support automated, reproducible and observable testing.
• Provision and manage AWS and on-premise computing resources using Terraform.
• Bridge the gap between embedded flight software, simulation, test and IT infrastructure.
• Support scaling of Software in the Loop (SIL) and Hardware in the Loop (HITL) test infrastructure.
