Job summary

Drgok seeks a Field Service Representative to support flight simulator modifications across platforms worldwide. The role offers both part-time on-call (PTOC) and full-time opportunities, and requires 100% travel.

You will deploy, maintain and upgrade systems, provide on-site technical support and operator training, read BOMs and schematics to troubleshoot issues, participate in modification teams, and represent Drgok on site in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical discipline and 2+ years of experience or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of simulator systems: visual, motion, IOS, DORT, I/O, computing systems.
• Experience with schematics-based troubleshooting, modification teams, and security clearance (SECRET).
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain and upgrade simulator systems across platforms.
• Provide on-site technical support and operational training; assist in scheduling/planning.
• Read BOMs and create packing/install checklists and input to checklists.
• Read electrical and mechanical schematics to troubleshoot issues.
• Represent DRG on site in a professional manner.
• Travel is required; participate in a modification team.
