Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering with extensive experience in aerodynamics, structural dynamics, and related analysis for fixed-wing aircraft.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Active Secret Clearance preferred but not required for all roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Flight Sciences engineers to manage scope, budget, and schedule.
• Mentor engineers to develop technical and leadership skills.
• Coordinate engineering analyses and testing with internal teams and airworthiness authorities.
