Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and coordinate implementation and execution of programs and events.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned program(s) and/or department(s).
  • Serve as liaison with internal and external clients on program matters.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clientele within the program focus.
  • Assist with budget forecasting and annual financial goals; manage purchasing cards if applicable.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and collateral for events.
  • Collect and analyze program activity data; prepare reports and evaluations.
  • Coordinate social media presence and program outreach as needed.
  • Supervise and/or lead assigned staff and student assistants.
