Job summary

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under J-Tech II.

The Mission Operations Scheduler II coordinates test program objectives, develops flight schedules, and ensures safe, timely airspace management at operational work sites. The role requires 5 years in local operations and 7 years in air operations, with proficiency in computer terminals, word processing, and scheduling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have training from a military school or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Five (5) years of local operations experience and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in air operations, airspace management, or related activities.
• Knowledge of scheduling procedures and requirements of range users.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, prioritization, and implementation of weekly, monthly, and 90-day flying schedules.
• De-conflict flight-test assets to meet objectives for day and night operations.
• Schedule airspace for personnel, visiting personnel travel, and staff transporting material.
• Monitor airspace from inception to completion of flight activity and align priority and time constraints.
• Input air operations data into a single source document; extract airspace trend data to monitor efficiency.
