Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a Flight Paramedic to support air medical transport operations. The role involves delivering advanced life support during flights, completing patient care documentation, and maintaining certification requirements.

Incentives include a starting annual range of $86,000–$89,000, a $10,000 sign-on bonus payable after training, and company-paid crew housing while on shift. 3 days on/6 days off rotation supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as licensed Paramedic in 911 or critical care.
• Current EMT-P license in states served.
• Required BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma cert before flight.
• FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
• Instructor certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS/PEPP/ITLS/PHTLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit electronic patient care records within set time frames.
• Perform daily base checks including narcotics count.
• Provide ALS care from initial contact to handoff.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, education, safety docs.
• Attend pre-mission briefs and debriefs; assist in liftoff checklists.
