Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking full-time Flight Paramedics to join our elite crew in Greencastle, IN. You will provide critical in-flight medical care and rapid response, collaborating with flight teams to ensure patient safety and timely transport.

The role requires active Paramedic Certification, 3+ years field experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS certifications; FP-C within 24 months preferred. A robust benefits program accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Active Paramedic Certification in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 3 years of paramedic field experience in a busy 911/pre-hospital service; 5 years preferred.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
• FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical pre-hospital and in-flight medical care per protocols.
• Collaborate with flight teams, patients, and external providers.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain care standards.
• Rotational schedule based on operational needs.
