Job summary

The Rural Metro Fire Department is seeking a Flight Paramedic to join our team in Lovington, New Mexico. This role offers a starting pay range of $21.34 to $40.99 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a $12,500 annual area stipend and company-paid crew housing while on shift.

You will be responsible for safe patient transport and must maintain high safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of critical care experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a 911 or critical care setting required.
• Flight Paramedic-Certified required within 24 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit an electronic patient care record for dispatched flights.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care.
• Maintain documentation of required licensure and certifications.
