Med-Trans Corporation in Texico, NM is hiring a Flight Paramedic to join our air medical team delivering high‑quality patient care and ensuring safety on every flight and scene call.

The role offers a starting range of $21.34–$40.99 per hour (dependent on experience), plus a $12,500 annual area stipend, two 24‑hour shifts per week, and company‑paid housing during shifts, reflecting our commitment to stable crews and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a 911 or critical care setting.
• Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma certification required prior to flight status.
• Flight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C) required within 24 months from date of hire.
• Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS preferred.
• NREMT-P certification may be required in assigned area.

Responsabilités

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatch within the required time frame.
• Daily base checks, including narcotic count.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital ALS care from initial contact to handoff to the receiving facility.
• Maintain competency through ongoing labs and clinical experiences.
• Document licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety, and procedures in the Education Manual.
• Maintain knowledge of all equipment and supplies used by the program.
