Job summary

Guardian Flight is hiring a Flight Paramedic to join our air medical transport team. You will deliver advanced life support care during patient transport to and from medical facilities and scene calls, operating within a high-safety, professional environment.

Expect a 5 days on/10 days off schedule, with company paid crew housing while on shift, and a starting salary range of $76,000–$97,000 per year. Join a dedicated team focused on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a 911 or critical care setting as a licensed Paramedic.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatched flight within required timeframes.
• Perform daily base checks including narcotic count.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from first contact to handoff, documenting thoroughly.
• Maintain competency through ongoing labs and clinical experiences.
• Keep licensure, certifications, continuing education, and safety documentation current and accessible.

EMT-P license/certification (states served)

FP-C (Flight Paramedic-Certified)

BLS ACLS PALS NRP ITLS/PHTLS
